Clean up chat and call history in Microsoft Teams

We position the mouse on the message and we will see three dots appear at the top right, near the emoticons

Click on the three dots and a menu will open If we need to delete a message from a chat, we will find the voice directly Wipe off

If instead we need to remove a message from a channel, we need to click on the item Other options and then we will find the voice Wipe off

As mentioned at the beginning, it is not possible to completely delete a chat, but it is possible to hide it: to do so.

• Place the mouse over the cat
• Click on the three dots at the top right
• Click on the article To hide and the cat will no longer be visible
• The cat will be in a submenu, closed, named Hidden cats
