Computex 2022 is back in physical presence from May 24 to 27

Computex in Taipei is back after two years of physical presence, which is historically the largest and most interesting global exhibition related to hardware solutions. From PC components to complete systems, including the many innovations offered by various Asian startups, Computex has always been at the center of technological innovation.

The event will take place from May 24 to 27 in Halls 1 and 2 of the Nangang Exhibition Center in Taipei, with all the exhibition space which will therefore be moved to the new exhibition venue in Nangang and no longer divided between it and the historic venue located near Taipei 101.

In the 2022 edition of Computex, 6 different themes will be developed, under whose umbrella will come together the different participating companies: Accelerating Intelligence, Connected X-Experience, Digital Resilience, Innovative Computing, Sustainability and Innovations & Startups. Within Computex, in particular, the InnoVEX 2022 event will also be held, focusing on proposals from startups not only from Asia but from all over the world.

At present, several companies have wished to confirm their participation in the event; are currently reported Acer, AMD, ASUS, Delta, GIGABYTE, Micron Technology, MSI, NVIDIA, NXP and Supermicro. Others will probably be added over the next few weeks, to further enrich the exhibition.

The recent CES in Las Vegas showed how it is possible, with all the necessary attention, to organize a fair with wide public participation, guaranteeing a smooth running even in times of pandemic. It remains to be seen what restrictions the Taiwanese government will put in place for foreign visitors in May 2022: at the moment, a fairly long mandatory quarantine period is required upon entry
